My Story

Photography became a hobby for me when I was in junior high. I loved capturing nature photos in the beginning and then I quickly fell in love with capturing moments of my family during the holidays. I just wanted to freeze a moment in time and a photo can do that. I became an Elementary school teacher and taught for four years. Then my husband, Grant and I had our first precious blessing from God- Annie Grace Ellis. Through prayer and seeking the Lord we decided I would stop teaching and work part time. During this time is when I took the chance of starting my own photography business. Photography is so competitive in today's world so it was intimidating to me at first. I am very glad I took the leap of faith because it has been such a joy for me thus far. God has really provided for our family even with this gift He has given me and I am very grateful.
